Engagement
Phased, per milestone
Moving production workloads to the cloud without a maintenance window.
Teams running on ageing on-premise hardware usually cannot afford a big-bang cutover. The risk is not the migration itself but everything attached to it: scheduled jobs nobody documented, hardcoded IP addresses, a database whose backup has never actually been restored.
Inventory and dependency mapping
We catalogue every service, cron job, integration and data store, then map what talks to what. This is the step most migrations skip and most migrations regret skipping.
Landing zone and networking
Accounts, VPCs, IAM boundaries and secrets management are set up before anything moves, so the target environment is not assembled under time pressure.
Incremental cutover
Services move in dependency order behind a routing layer, with the old environment kept warm. Each step is reversible on its own.
Decommission and cost tuning
Old infrastructure is retired only after a full cycle on the new one, then instance sizing and storage tiers are tuned against real usage.
What you get
- Dependency map and migration runbook
- Infrastructure-as-code for the target environment
- Rollback plan tested per phase
- Cost baseline and post-migration tuning report
Typical stack
- AWS / Azure
- Terraform
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- PostgreSQL
