Senior Mobile Developer (AI-Native)
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer who is strong across iOS and Android, leads by example, and ships faster using AI-assisted development. You will drive architecture and delivery on client-facing mobile products, mentor the team on AI-native workflows with tools like Cursor, Claude, and Copilot, and own technical quality end to end. This role follows US business timings and includes night-shift collaboration — please apply only if you are comfortable working these hours.
What you will do
- Lead the design and development of high-quality mobile applications across iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Compose)
- Own architecture decisions, code quality standards, and technical delivery for mobile projects
- Champion AI-native development: build team workflows around Cursor, Claude, Copilot, and LLM-based tooling
- Mentor and review the work of mid-level iOS and Android developers
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on end-to-end delivery during US time zones
- Lead standups, reviews, and client calls aligned to US business hours (night shift for India-based candidates)
- Profile and optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery impact across platforms
- Stay current with Apple/Google platform updates, store guidelines, and AI tooling trends
What we are looking for
- 6+ years of professional mobile development experience with production apps on both iOS and Android
- Expert-level proficiency in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose
- Track record of publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play
- Daily-driver comfort with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar)
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI), concurrency, and testing strategies
- Experience setting up CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions with clients
- Comfortable and available to work US timings, including night shift hours when collaborating with US clients and team members
- Clear understanding that this is not a standard 9–5 India daytime role — overlap with US Eastern/Pacific hours is required
